When I feel like something sweet I always think of fudge but it can be sickly sweet if you buy a conventional fudge. I searched for a healthier recipe and came across this one, it has ingredients that I like, its easy and it tastes amazing! I can tell you it didn’t last long in our house. It has a wonderful texture, not too sweet, it was also huge hit with my boys.
The recipe I found was this amazing recipe for paleo fudge. The recipe came from Kelly at Primally Inspired and her blog. This recipe has to be one of the easiest recipes I have ever used! I even made my own coconut butter (which didn’t completely smooth out but it was good enough for this recipe). I used organic peanut butter for this recipe as I know my husband loves peanut butter. I would love to try this with almond and possible macadamia butter at some point.
