Are there any prerequisites for Root Cause Therapy?2024-07-06T06:05:22+00:00

It definitely helps if you have done some form/s of personal development before, attended courses, read books on the subject. However, as long as you feel you are ready to do the work on yourself, show up and be open to letting go of beliefs that no longer serve you, then you’re in the right place.

Are sessions in person or online?2024-07-06T06:04:51+00:00

Sessions are one-on-one and predominantly online, which means I can work with a client anywhere in the world. For local clients it is possible for us to work in person with prior arrangement.

What equipment do I need?2024-07-06T06:04:23+00:00

We recommend that you are ready in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Ideally, with a laptop/computer. Although it can be done using a smartphone and a set of headphones.

It is a requirement that the device you use has a functioning camera so we can video call.

What does a session look like?2024-07-06T06:02:24+00:00

Each session starts with the ‘Testing Sheet’ along with Applied Kinesiology, which allows us to have tangible data and pinpoint areas you’d like to work on within your sessions. Each session with an RCT practitioner is structured in such a way that they can help prioritise and work through life-long symptoms and past hurts in a gentle yet thorough way.

What happens in the first session?2024-07-06T06:02:53+00:00

The first session will cover how your sessions will run and what to expect during and after each session. You will experience healing in your first session, so you can get a sense of relief as soon as you start.

Will Root-Cause Therapy and your other modalities work for me?2024-07-06T06:03:21+00:00

I have only ever had 1-2 clients not able to easily get into the therapy. This was easily worked around and problem solved and they still received the benefits of the sessions.

How long does a session take?2024-07-06T06:03:50+00:00

Typically, a session takes 2 hours, this allows time for the initial testing and follow up. As well as time to discuss any areas that need clarification, to identify any trauma, discuss questions you may have and to test any limiting beliefs that we will work on in our session together.

You don’t need
endless cycles of therapy

Root-Cause Therapy (RCT) is a profound approach to healing trauma. It enables the completion and release of unprocessed emotions that continue to generate unwanted thoughts, negative behaviors, and repetitive patterns.

Unlike simply discussing the issues, RCT goes beyond surface level healing as it delves deep into the core, addressing the root causes of your symptoms.
